White Ballroom
This is the most popular room in the house. It is completely white with gold accents. Randolph wanted this room to be plain so it would show off the women of the house and their beauty.

Dining Room
This is a completely ornate dining area with a large table suitable for many guests, and fancy dining ware. This room has been entertained with many guests and contains an old "microwave", which could hold plates and was vented by the fire to get heat.

Randolph's Gentlemen's Study
This was John Hampden Randolph's personal study where he entertained his male guests. It is what we would typically call a "man cave" today. In the old days, women were not allowed to enter this room at all. Today, it showcases some old games they used to play in this room.

Music Room
This old bedroom is now used to showcase instruments like the ones the Randolph children played. There are three pianos, a harp, and a clarinet.

Ancestral Hall
This hall shows pictures of the Randolph family and their descendants. This hall also contains the most popular window in the house, it is a guillotine window from floor up. Many people walk through it onto the third floor balcony for a spectacular view of the Mississippi River.

Master Bedroom
This is the bedroom of John and Emily. It features a hand carved bed frame with hollow posts used to hold mosquito netting. Shown in the picture is a bed heater where coals are placed inside then slid across the sheets to warm the bed. This room also contains a large armoire that held Emily's hats.
Fun fact: During the Civil War, Emily hid her valuables and jewelry in a stocking in the hollow bed posts in case of an invasion.
